Delivery
Individual samples and sample packs will be posted via Royal Mail Standard Delivery service. Postage and packaging charges are included in the sample prices.

Completed consignments will be delivered by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or a secure carrier. If you prefer you can request for your order to be sent to your work address or an alternative address. We will notify you once your delivery has been dispatched with a reference number which will allow you to track your parcel throughout its journey.

All completed orders are delivered by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or a secure carrier. Postage and packing is charged as follows:

Small parcels (less than 1kg) will be charged at £8.00
Medium parcels (less than 2kg) will charged at £10.00
Large parcels (more than 2kg) will be charged at £20.00

All our products are carefully packaged and leave us in perfect condition. Wedding Invitation Boutique can not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost during transit. Royal Mail Special Delivery automatically covers your parcel for up to £500 compensation. Should your consignment be worth in excess of £500 we will upgrade your compensation cover with Royal Mail accordingly.

Payment
Wedding Invitation Boutique require a minimum of 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance payable prior to delivery. If you require your stationery within 6 weeks of placing your order you will be required to pay the balance in full at the time of ordering.The deposit is not refundable. Payment can be made by cheque or by Paypal. If you would like to pay by Paypal please let us know when ordering and we will issue you with a Paypal invoice. Please make all cheques payable to Wedding Invitation Boutique.

Samples
Individual sample day invitations can be purchased for £5.00 inc. p&p. and sample packs can be purchased for £10.00 inc. p&p. Sample packs contain 1 day invitation, 1 evening invitation, 1 luxury reply card and 1 luxury place name. Sample stationery is refundable against any future full order placed which is over £100 (Up to a maximum refund of £10.00).

Data Protection and Privacy
Wedding Invitation Boutique is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users and clients.

Any personal information submitted by visitors to our website will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act. Wedding Invitation Boutique does not share information submitted by our website user with third parties.

Links from our site may take may take user to external sites not covered by our privacy policy. Wedding Invitation Boutique can not take responsibility for the content and operation of these external sites.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Written/email quotes are valid for a period of three months in which time you must place your order and pay your deposit in order to be guaranteed the price quoted.

Materials and Manufacture
All our products are individually handcrafted therefore inevitably minor differences may occur. Occasionally there may be slight variations between the craft products used and those pictured on our website. This is because some products may be unavailable from our supplier and substitute products must be sourced. In this case we will always construct full proofs for your approval before your wedding stationery is crafted.

Safety
Due to the use of small pieces we recommend that cards and stationery products are kept out of reach of babies and small children.

Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation Wedding Invitation Boutique reserves the rights to keep the 50% deposit. If work has already commenced a further payment may be required.

As all our stationery is handmade to order we are only able to give refunds if the goods are found to be faulty or your original specifications have not been met. Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with your stationery and will do our best to rectify the problem.
