If you do not agree with the terms below, please do not purchase from this website. You should review the terms & conditions periodically for changes and updates.
To confirm your booking the following payment terms apply:
At the time of placing your order –
- if your production date is less than 6 weeks away, your balance will be required in full.
- if your production date is more than 6 weeks away, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required, with your balance payable 6 weeks prior to production.
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer (BACS). We accept can also accept cheques and debit card/credit card via Paypal. Please refer to your invoice for details.
Import Regulations and Duty
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Paypal offers one of the safest ways to pay online. Paypal allows us to receive your payment without ever seeing you financial details. For more information on Paypal please visit their website at www.paypal.com/uk
Goods paid for via Paypal must be sent to your registered Paypal address.
We recommend that you order a sample before placing an order to appreciate the quality first hand and be sure the colours match your scheme. Samples of most of our stationery items be purchased for £5.00 inc. p&p. We will redeem this £5 against your future wedding stationery order on stationery orders over £150. Additional samples will not be credited against a future orders.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Written/email quotes are valid for a period of three months in which time you must place your order and pay your deposit in order to be guaranteed the price quoted.
Before your order is printed we will send you a wording proof PDF by email. Your wording proof provides you with the opportunity to ensure that all details are exactly as you wish them to appear.
You should read your proofs very carefully paying particular attention to spelling, dates, times and contact details. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have not made any errors in transferring any information requested by you into your stationery items and that all details are correct before giving approval to proceed to print.
If you are happy with your proofs you should respond by email to give your approval to print. If amendments are required, you should number and detail each change required in an email. We will provide your first set of proofs free of charge. If minor amendments are required at this stage we will make the changes and provide you with a second set of proofs free of charge. If you wish to make further amendments to the wording you have provided at this stage there will be a discretionary charge of up to £25 dependent on the amount of work required.
Please be advised that any changes requested after work has commenced will incur a reprint charge.
Delivery costs vary according to the size and value of your order. For an accurate quote please get in touch with your order requirements.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on stock availability and the normal delivery times given by our couirers.
All our products are carefully packaged and leave us in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transist please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In order to make a claim to our couirer we will require photographs of the damage to the item and photographs of the internal and external packaging. You may also be asked to fill out a claim form by our couirer to corroborate the details of the claim. We will refund or replace the damaged items as neccessary.
If your goods are missing or delayed in transit please get in touch and we will assist in the location of your goods.
Data Protection and Privacy
Wedding Invitation Boutique is committed to protecting the privacy of our website users and clients.
Any personal information submitted by visitors to our website will be processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act. Wedding Invitation Boutique does not share information submitted by our website user with third parties.
Materials and Manufacture
All our products are individually handcrafted therefore inevitably minor differences may occur. Occasionally there may be slight variations between the craft products used and those pictured on our website. This is because some products may be unavailable from our supplier and substitute products must be sourced. In this case we will always construct full proofs for your approval before your wedding stationery is crafted.
Due to the use of small pieces we recommend that cards and stationery products are kept out of reach of babies and small children.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation Wedding Invitation Boutique reserves the rights to keep the £50 deposit. If work has already commenced a further payment may be required.
As all our stationery is handmade to order we are only able to give refunds in the unlikey event the goods are found to be faulty or your original specifications have not been met. Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with your stationery and will do our best to rectify the problem.
Refusal of Transcation
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All designs, texts and images featured on our website are copyright © of Wedding Invitation Boutique. Our designs and images may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, modified or downloaded in any form without prior agreement.
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for the use of any images, readings or lyrics provided to us eg. for Orders of Service.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Where we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials the date of delivery shall be postponed for the period that the circumstances continue.
