How to order

Choose from three easy ways to place your order:

Online - simply complete our online order form and we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your order.

By post - download the order form and print it out. Then fill out the details of your order and post it to us at: Wedding Invitation Boutique,
24 Aberdeen Crescent, Edgeley, Stockport, Cheshire, SK3 9EJ.

By telephone - if you prefer you can place your order over the phone by calling us on 0788 611 6950 and we will take down your details.

At this stage all we need to know is the name of your chosen design, the quantities you require and the date by which you require your invitations. Please advise us of any extra items you require, e.g. Reply cards, Orders of Service etc.

Once you have placed your initial order we will post you an order pack containing:
  • A detailed order form requesting names, dates, times and venues
  • A wording sample form
  • A font sample form
  • An invoice requesting a 50% deposit
You will be asked to complete and return these forms with a signature to verify all the details are correct.

Within 7-10 days of returning your completed order pack and your 50% deposit, an invitation wording proof will be sent out to you by email. This will be your opportunity to ensure that the wording and font are exactly as you wish them to appear. We will give you a quick phone call or drop you an email to check everything is as you require.

We will not proceed with your order until we receive the go ahead from you. If you would like to make any changes at this stage simply note it on the proof, sign and date it and return it to us. Any subsequent changes requested after the work has commenced will incur a reprint charge.

Wedding Invitation Boutique require a minimum of 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance payable prior to delivery. If you require your stationery within 6 weeks of placing your order you will be required to pay the balance in full at the time of ordering. Payment can be made by by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Wedding Invitation Boutique.

All our completed orders are delivered by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or a secure carrier and will require a signature.

Our postage and packaging is charged as follow:
  • Small parcels (less than 1kg) will be charged at £8.00
  • Medidum parcels (less than 2kg) will be charged at £10.00
  • Large parcels (more than 2Kg) are charged at £20.00

    • If multiple deliveries are required per stationery order then each additional delivery will be charged at the appropriate price.
