How to order

1
Order a sample
We recommend that you order a stationery sample in your colour choice before placing your full order. This will give you the opportunity to appreciate your chosen design up close and in your wedding colours. You can order samples of all our stationery items excluding guest books and table plans. You are welcome to order as many samples as you require. We will refund the cost of your sample order against any future order placed up to a value of £8.00 on all orders over £100. All sample orders are sent with an ordering pack which includes suggested fonts and wording.You can order a sample online from our sample ordering page.

Place your order
When you are ready to place your order you can choose from two easy ways:

By email - Please email us with the following details and we will be in touch within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) to confirm your order. :
  • The number of each stationery item you require
  • Your colour theme
  • Your chosen font(s)
  • The words you would like printed in your stationery
  • The date you require your stationery by
By telephone/post - if you prefer you can place your order over the phone by calling us on
0788 611 6950 and we will take down your details or we can post you a order form.

Payment
Once we have confirmed your order we will email you your invoice. If you require your stationery within 6 weeks of placing your order the balance will be required in full. If you would like to place your order in advance of 6 weeks to reserve space in our diary we require a nominal deposit of £50.

Payment can be made by credit/ debit card through Paypal - please contact us and we will email you a Paypal invoice. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Wedding Invitation Boutique.

Proofs
Before we proceed to print your order we will send a wording proof by email. This will be your opportunity to ensure that the wording and font are exactly as you wish them to appear.

We will not proceed with your order until we receive the go ahead from you. If you would like to make any changes at this stage simply email us the changes. Any subsequent changes requested after the work has commenced will incur a reprint charge.

Delivery
Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will notify you by email. All our orders are sent out by a secure delivery service. We usually use the Royal Day Special Delivery service which guarentees delivery before 1pm the next day.

Please see below for our delivery prices :
  • Small parcels (less than 1kg) will be charged at £8.00
  • Medidum parcels (less than 2kg) will be charged at £10.00
  • Large parcels (more than 2Kg) are charged at £20.00
If multiple deliveries are required per stationery order then each additional delivery will be charged at the appropriate price.
