We offer colour customised samples of most of our stationery items and encourage you to order a sample before placing a full order. We will refund up to two samples should you proceed to place an order over £150.

How do I place an order?
You can place your order online or via email by sending us the following details and we will be in touch within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) to discuss your requirements.

Can I order my invitations now and make a booking for my wedding day stationery to be delivered at a later date?
If you would also like to order ‘wedding day’ stationery i.e. place cards, table plan etc. we can carry forward the £50 deposit from your invitation order to secure your booking for the second part of your order. Please try to give us an indication of the items you will require at the time of ordering your invitations. We’ll then be able to provide you with a production scedule for this stage of your order so you know when you will need to send through the information required for your order. You may confirm quantities and details at a later date.
>>How far in advance do I need to order my stationery?
As all our stationery items are completely handmade from scratch we generally need around 4 weeks notice to complete your order. If you would like us to make your stationery we strongly recommend that you book you order in advance. Timescales vary dependent on our diary availability and we do book up quickly during peak season (Jan - August).

Do you offer an express service?
Yes, if you need your stationery in a hurry we may be able to offer an express service with lead times of 1 - 2 weeks. There is a service charge of £60 for this service which covers staff over time and express delivery costs from our suppliers. Please contact us to enquire about this service as it is subject to our availability.

How do I make a booking?
To secure your booking simply drop us an email email or complete our order online order form with approximate quanitities of the items you require. As soon as we’ve received your order we will be in touch with your deposit invoice and a production schedule. We will require a £50 deposit to reserve space in our diary which will then be credited to your order.

What is a production schedule?
Your production schedule will outline when we require information and payment for each stage of your order. Time will have been allocated in our diary to complete your order so please try to provide your information and make your payment on time to prevent delays.
>> When will I need to make a payment?
To confirm your booking the following payment terms apply:
At the time of placing your order -
if your production date is less than 6 weeks away, your balance will be required in full.
if your production date is more than 6 weeks away, a nonrefundable £50 deposit is required, with your balance payable 6 weeks prior to production.
We accept payments by bank transfer, cheque and debit card/credit card via Paypal.
>> Will I be provide with a wording proof?
Before your stationery is printed we will send you a wording proof PDF by email. Your wording proof provides you with an opportunity to ensure that the wording and font are exactly as you wish them to appear. We won’t proceed with your order until we’ve received the go ahead from you.
We will provide your first set of proofs free of charge. If minor amendments are require at this stage simply number and detail them in an email to us and we will make the changes and provide your with a second set of proofs free of charge. If you wish to make further amendments to the wording you have provided at this stage there will be a discretionary charge of up to £25.
Once you have approved your proofs you may not make any further changes
because your order will have gone to print.
>> How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a secure courier service. Postage and packaging is charged at cost price with prices ranging from £5 - £20 dependent on the weight and size of your consignment.
If multiple deliveries are required per stationery order, each delivery will be charged at the appropriate price.
